Shipping Methods

Our manufacturer will mail out your order to me once they have printed it. I then sign and number each print before posting to you.

Regular Shipping - I use Australia Post Parcel to send most parcel. Packages can be delivered to PO Box addresses. If you require your print within a certain time frame please contact me and I can arrange express post, however this option is not available at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Please consider your purchases carefully as I am generally unable to allow returns or cancellations of items if you simply change your mind.

  • Goods reported as faulty will be assessed by Image Science to see if they are actually faulty (often this can be done via discussion and photographs). Goods determined to be faulty will of course be repaired or replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty terms. As with all mail orders, return shipping is the customers responsibility. I will cover outgoing shipping on replacement or repaired items. This is highly unlikely to occur due to the images being checked through Image Science and again by EthicalArtwork.

  • If I note a fault in the print once receiving it from Image Science I will contact you to let you know your order may be delayed.

  • If any damage occurs to your order during transit (this is very rare thanks to the strong packaging materials Image Science uses - which I use in turn to resend to you), then this must be noted and informed to the courier at the time of receipt. You don’t need to refuse the delivery (although you can), you just get them to note the damage. Please contact EthicalArtwork immediately if this occurs.
